Lewisham Ground Zero

This is what we're starting with....  We've sold our house in Tring and bought this, in Lewisham.

This is not what we planned at all, we intended to buy an easy to maintain place, so the kids had somewhere whilst we are away.  This needs complete refurbishment, 2 to 3 months work at least, but we were smitten by it, and it's potential, as an Estate Agent might describe it.

It has some nice features, like the stained glass ..
