Project Planning, it all comes together
Having a new loft hatch, put in, a new gas meter, the kitchen's being painted, the tiles in the Kitchen and utility room are being grouted, the fireplace checked by the coal effect gas fire installer and the front door is getting some new architrave ALL AT THE SAME TIME, and I'm not using PRINCE II methodology. Carys is in the only room not full of noise and workmen creating some hand made Christmas cards, to sell at Christmas fairs, she's like bleedin' Dell Boy, says it's a nice little earner!

Hope you had product descriptions for the work prior to commencement and signed off acceptance certificates afterwards. Then as a customer you can throw a strop and ask for a ridiculous discount, that's what my customers always do anyway;-)
